Ask management or security whether a tow truck needs advance notice, a vendor entry, proof of insurance or a specific arrival window. Follow the property rules and never publish gate codes online.
Describe the Route to the Car
Share the correct entrance, building or house number, parking space and any narrow turns, height restrictions or parked vehicles that affect access.
Prepare the Vehicle
Remove personal items and make the keys available. Tell the buyer if the wheels are locked, tires are flat, steering is damaged or the car cannot shift into neutral.
Coordinate Arrival
Keep your phone available when the driver approaches. A resident may need to meet the truck at the entrance or authorize access with security.
