Identify What Blocks the Vehicle

Describe the parking arrangement. Is another car directly in front of it? Is the vehicle against a wall or fence? Can it leave in a straight line, or must it turn sharply? If another vehicle must be moved, confirm who has its keys and whether that person will be available.

Share photos that show the junk car, the space around it and the route to an open loading area. A close-up of damage helps with the offer, while a wider photo helps with access planning.

Check Community Access Before the Appointment

If the vehicle is inside a managed or gated property, ask whether a gate code, guard authorization, guest entry or property approval is needed. Remove personal items and ask what documents and identification are required. Confirm who is authorized to release the vehicle, the pickup address, contact number and any property-management instructions. Also confirm whether towing is included and what vehicle details the offer assumes.

If the location changes or another car cannot be moved as planned, contact the buyer before the appointment so the access plan can be reviewed.
